We will offer participants one hour time slots in person or virtually to work trough three building blocks, then offer in person, virtual or phone follow-up visits over time and as needed.

If you are a do it yourselfer, you can follow the steps described here and use the tools found in our resources pages. We will make ourselves available to you for in person, virtual or phone consultation as needed.

Block1: Turn on the light.

We will start by creating a budget and calculating your net worth. This will allow us to see the current state of our finances and allow us to make the appropriate adjustments so you generate a positive cashflow and start saving it until you reach one month emergency fund milestone.

Block 2: Set the foundation.

Once you are generating a monthly surplus and have one month emergency fund, we will be start to aggressively repay all of your debt followed by saving three to six months of monthly expenses which will become your emergency fund. Once you reach these milestones we will be able to start generating wealth

Block 3: Wealth Generation

Once we have created a healthy financial foundation, one that will take you through the inevitable economic cycles of life, we will turn our focus to creating wealth. We will do this by going through investments cycles that are in line with your goals and dreams. We will start with creating a downpyment for owning your home followed by a stock market investment strategy.

To follow the plan as presented until the end, to identify areas of improvement for myself and the program and its processes. I will be an active participant will put forth the highest level effort and be mindful of others involved including my coaches while valuing everyone's time.

I will expect in return that others involved will commit in the same way and give the program the time and effort it demands.
